There was a user-friendly form here for you to complete and

however, it was abused by those consumed with jealousy and
blessed with lesser skills to spam my mailbox from imaginary email
addresses, you know the sort, someone@somewhere.com but we
have ways of knowing from whence you came and thus exactly whom
you are - and your ISP has ways of dealing with your errant and abusive ways!
